"Honestly, this place started out so great. The pizza showed up on time or early but know it seems a bit slacking. The manager or whoever answers the phone is always nice but be prepared to start getting you pizza late. The past two times I have ordered the pizza has been late. This last time they put delivered on the tracking and the pizza was not even at my house. I called and spoke about what happened and was told my pizza was on the way but why say it was delivered when it wasn’t? Also, with my order being almost 30 minutes late it wasn’t even right. I think it’s time to find a new place."
"My last order took over 40 minutes past the expected time. The employees were working hard and it was busy but I saw multiple people who had ordered well past my time picking their orders. After waiting 30 minutes I asked the person at the front counter and was told one of my orders was done in error. I am glad they cared enough to redo it and not just give me bad pizza. But I have avoided this location in the past due to poor food quality and taste I will have to go to a different location moving forward. I even tried to provide feedback and the website just directs me to create a new order."
"The pizzoli is legit. I was hoping it would be like the rolls I got in TN MinitMarts and boy, it’s a replacement. So much cheesy goodness and all the flavors are great. Also, great service tonight from the crew."

"Love their pizza in a pinch but felt like a bait and switch on the medium pizza price(s). I placed an order online this evening for THREE medium pizza’s. TWO one topping and ONE two topping. Was told the one topping medium would be $7.99 with the two topping ‘ a little more’. Fast forward to pick up and the medium 2 topping is DOUBLE the price of the one topping. Manager was less than helpful by explaining the discount was already applied (see photo). I have no problem paying more for a two topping pizza; but DOUBLE the price?! No, thanks. Never again. I will take my business on down the road. Dishonest practice. Please be aware!!"
