"I was looking forward to seeing the Nurse Practicioner Victoria Long because of her great reviews. But just to schedule an appointment was terrible. Called multiple times, left a VM for her MA and she did not bother calling back. Called again today 03/16/2023 finally got a hold of the MA who apparently was not on her best mood. Did not apologize at all for not returning the call, her first question was "what Ins do you have?" Definitely not the experience I was expecting..."
"Just got on here to check their holiday hours, but you, Mr. Weaver, your entitled demeanor and tardy wife have unfortunately caught my eye. As if arriving late and threatening the staff was not enough, you furthermore expected a highly accredited and beloved doctor to halt the treatment of timely, respecting patients and disrupt their flow of operations to accommodate you? You see, if one appointment is not punctual, that then affects the timelines of the following appointments, similar to a domino effect. Therefore, if you can not be respectful of the Doctor, the Staff, and all the other patients, you perhaps should not book a morning appointment or one at all. I can see you not being a good fit for a lot of self respecting places. It must suck being your neighbor."
