Our establishment, which includes a bar and restaurant, is designed with Texans in mind, offering a unique blend of décor, cocktails, and food that showcases the best of what Texas has to offer. We take pride in using Texas-made products to create a true Texan experience for our guests. Established in 2016 in Downtown McAllen, we expanded to a second location in North McAllen in 2020. Despite the challenges brought on by a global pandemic, we adapted and innovated our brand to serve our community proudly. Our South Texas Brunch, launched in late 2020, further solidified our reputation in the Rio Grande Valley and inspired us to continue expanding.
