"Wow this place is a mess!!!! Always unorganized, merchandise thrown all over the place not where it’s suppose to be. This is a fairly new store but it’s in bad shape. I tried it once around Christmas and holy moly it was a walking hazard, then decided to give it a try 2nd and 3rd time and it hasn’t changed. This reflects on Management, a lot of zombie employees walking around just jumping around the mess that don’t give a damn and that’s sad. Shame on you Burlington Management because I have been to other Burlingtons and they are organized and have so much more merchandise to pick from. It’s just further and an inconvenience to drive out to. Seems this has been going on for sometime in reading the reviews and it doesn’t seem to change. Very sad for being a fairly newer store. Your prices are great! But Burlington you have a serious problem at this location!!! I won’t be coming back and I will pass this along to all my friends. ☹️"

"I get they must be low staffed but holy moly donuts this place is a disaster !! If your looking to be overwhelmed about having everything everywhere with maybe a couple good finds that’s cool , just know it’s like a Ross but probably worse , couldn’t even ride my cart through the isles because hangers or objects making me stop , store is SUPER crowded and they only run like 2 registers lucky if 3 at one time even though the line is halfway across the store , then you got the manager just making sure everyone does there job as you see in my last picture but she won’t DARE to hop on the register , GOOD LUCK !"

"I honestly think that has to be the worst experience in shopping history sat in line on a Monday evening for almost 40 mins there's employees walking around everywhere doing nothing there 6 register and there using 1 . The store is extremely dirty clothes with stains I would not recommend this place it's always like this we live locally you can tell this is a management issue"

"1st time to this location. I got some good finds but the store is quite messy. I'm guessing they're short staffed or some guests were quite rude over the holiday weekend. Nice variety of items to choose from. Good place to shop for clothes, home decor, small electronics, luggage and more."
