They took the time to make sure the new resident was able to release the package into my possession. Truly amazing customer service for someone that doesn’t even live there anymore."

"Management = terrible. I moved out in July. Never received my refund check. I had to call corporate in order to talk to someone who could actually help me. Contacted the Parc office a total of 8 times (between emails, phone calls, and an IN PERSON visit) before I went to corporate and not once did I receive any communication back. My problem is management not wanting to CALL BACK. Oh! And they let me live with black mold for 3 whole weeks. And told me they’d wait to fix it once it was inspected… and nobody ever came. I feel bad for anyone that is hired here- they never last too long. Please don’t move here. "
