"I moved in on 01/05/2024, second floor. The ladies in the leasing office were nice and efficient. I love the unit but I do not care for my neighbors below me. It wasn’t even 24hrs of my move and the neighbor below me knocked on my door saying I’m too loud. I apologized and I TRY to keep noise down and be respectful but at the same time, I do have to get things arranged/adapt to the new place plus its common sense having hardwood flooring, noise will tend to pick up a lot quicker unfortunately. I’m starting to feel like a prisoner in my own home and it’s only been a month into the lease."

"Terribly maintained, no maintenance people that can fix anything. The manager Jackie is unprofessional and just awful to deal with. I would not recommend living in this dump."

"Serious lack of communication and accountability on management. Specifically Chauncey in the front office. My fiancé and I got approved for unit #8203 back in late September. Then we got a call November 30th that the previous tenant decided to renew his lease. And that we would no longer receive the apartment that we applied and got approved for. Their solution was to offer us a different one bedroom. However, we did not want that floor plan and our family and friends had already bought us gifts and furniture for the layout of the unit we wanted. I end up going in person and talk to Jackie who was super helpful and accommodating. My main issue is the lack of communication and lying to me saying they’ve been contacting me for over a month to let us know. But checking my call logs and voicemails there was no proof that they had actually called. After talking to multiple residents there as well it seems that this is a constant issue of communication. I do not recommend this complex to anyone and will be letting everyone I know to stay away from this complex."

"I went in to take a tour of a 1B1B. I was greeted when I walked in and soon helped by Jeff! When I walked into the leasing office it was clean and kept. It smelled nice too. Jeff walked me to his office and began to ask the usual questions about my search. We took a look at 1B1B apts and I was impressed. The apt looks nice. I asked Jeff how does the model compare to rented units— my main concern is cabinets looking all worn down. He told me the cabinets looks like the model. That’s a bonus for me. He understood my want for my unit to look like the model or better. He gave me inputs and his opinions about the units. He told me what he dislikes and likes about the different 1B1B floor plans. I like that because it would give me another take on something. The apartment is pretty spacious to me! The complex and landscaping is kept. I did a drive around the property and balconies were clean. The community seems quiet too! Thank you Jeff! Hopefully, I will be renting from you!"
