"Went into the store at the beginning of June to initiate a simple trade in. New phone was ordered, I picked it up, and evidently the trade in wasn’t applied to my account, even though I specifically asked when I picked it up, if the trade in and promos were applied. I was told I would receive the trade in kit in the mail. I have spent weeks trying to get my trade in kit and promo credits applied to my account without success because the trade in wasn’t ever initiated on my account. I will be returning my new phone to start this process again, at an actual Verizon store. A waste of my time working with this location."

We were SO Exasperated and fully expecting to run into more red tape, when we met Dillion. Dillion was very understanding and sympathetic of our phone saga. His easy going disposition and willingness to help us was refreshing and incredibly unexpected. He was GREAT! Highly recommend going to see him if you have phone issues."
