"I drove by and tried to stop in on a Wednesday and no one was there despite the signs and their page online saying they were open. No answer on the phone either. I was lucky enough that while I was there the owner just so happened to stop in and I was able to talk with him. Very nice and professional. He said they’re reduced hours and closed Wednesdays now. All well and good, but it should be listed online or at least in your voicemail."
"Mr. Robinson, You had stated the appliances you were selling was of higher quality. When you brought them by our location they simply did not meet our quality standards. We do not buy appliances that are not in excellent condition and the ones you had just did not make the grade. We had also told you about our purchasing standard before you came to our store. We have been in business for 23 years in Anderson County and we have made countless donations to our community, to schools, sponsored sports teams. Gave appliances to family who simply did not have the money to buy them. Repaired appliances at no charge for families in need. We take care of our community. We care about our customers and our community. With that said, I hope you found a good home for you old rusty appliances. Maybe a good paint and body shop could use or restore them. Have a nice day.
