"WARNING WARNING WARNING!! Worst hotel in the area, small, old, smelly, dirty rooms filled with cockroach, flies and bugs, requested for a room change but request was swept away rudely, the last straw was unfriendly staffs and owner that refuse to listen. Very bad experience and terrible would never ever recommend to stay in this place worst place I’ve encountered in my whole life. 2 Star Hotel? Cut that bullsh*t, actual rating should be a negative. Positive reviews from last time? Owners probably paid someone to write them. This place is a total nightmare."

"Room was not clean...as I searched for housekeeper I found her in a room with a blonde woman and they were using needles. The same woman walked into our room without knocking. My wife was in the shower, when she stepped out the housekeeper to off out the door and just disappeared. The woman running the front desk didn't say or do anything about it and would not refund my $80 for night. Other guests paid different prices from what I had gathered from the other guests. Couple said $50, one said they paid $70 and one even stated they paid $95. Why are there different prices for the sane run down & unclean rooms.????? THIS IS A NASTY PLACE AND THE HOUSEKEEPER CLEARLY NEEDS TO BE FIRED!"

"We stayed here a couple of times and didn’t have any issues. But this time was absolutely not the case. We were woken up at midnight to friggen bedbugs. My friend had several bites on here so we went to the office. No one was there finally the maintenance man came he confirmed it was bedbugs and we were able to move rooms. Upon checking out we ask what was going to happen. They told us a company came and they only found one bug and that just so happened to be the one we captured in a bag. And that everything was taken care of. I guess they didn’t take into accountability all the others that were on the mattress. The maintenance man told us the owner would come talk to us and compensation us for that night. That never happened they avoided us won’t answer our phone calls. So I just wanted to let everyone know that if you are thinking about staying here because it’s a bargain DON’T DO IT or you could take home more than a bargain."

"The pictures do not look anything like the place we stayed. The building is very dated and somewhat run down. The elevator sounded like it was going to drop us. The room was very spacious and had a nice view of the river, however we only had one TV channel and the shower was almost impossible to get the water to a tolerable temperature. Not to mention that the hot and cold water are backwards on both the sink and the shower. The worst part was when we went to go to bed at midnight after the office was closed and pulled back the sheets. It looked like they had just made up the bed after the last customer and did not take them off and wash them, there was hair all over the pillowcases and in between the sheets. We had to pull the fitted sheet off of the bed and pull the flat sheet up to sleep on. I've never been so disgusted in my life."

"The staff is so nice here and I love the cozy rooms and view from the little balcony. However. After staying here then being home for a few days we noticed we had gained some bed bugs. I'm certain they came from this motel, as I do not leave my home often and could not have gotten them to this degree from anyone on the trolley or in Dollywood. I hope they will check for these bugs soon so no one else has this problem. Bed bugs are the worst."
