Music Road Resort Inn

"Arrived at the address given to us only to find out we were supposed to stay at the Inn, not the Hotel. Wallpaper is coming off the walls in the halls and in our room. Our toilet ran about every 10 mins the entire night, every night, and it was loud, even clogged at one point. Our phone plugs won't stay in the outlets, they keep falling out. Our patio door doesn't latch, we have to use the slide lock at the top of the door to keep it closed, and yes you feel the breeze through it. The refrigerator is so old it's not even cold, and they have it set at the coldest temp. The lights in our room next to the door do not work, and one of the lights in the bathroom does not work either. Air conditioner was loud as well, so not a very good sleep to say the least, between the toilet and air running. Please what ever you do, do NOT walk close to the edge of the bed! They sit on metal plates and the edges are sharp! See my attached pictures. The view I have is of the roof of the building. I wanted to love this place, I really did. I searched a good long while to find us a nice place, this is not where I want to return every year to."

"Room was great. We had a great view of the mountains and pool area. Very clean the beds were wonderful everyone was very nice will be staying next time."

"Amazing! We stayed for 2 nights and we loved everything about the Inn. The rooms were quiet, VERY clean, and I LOVED the balcony! Each room has one. The breakfast was delicious and the pool outside is heated. This will be our go to place to stay every visit to Gatlingburg."

"So we recently stayed at your property in Pigeon Forge. When we booked our coach was told we were getting the best rate available because of the volume of rooms we needed at the resort. However, on the way we looked up the rate online and it was cheaper on third party sites by $30 per night When we arrive we are told we would be at the INN not the RESORT, no one mentioned it was going through a complete renovation. First, we arrive and the smells are musty and full of paint fumes. On night one we are kept up all night from a noisy air conditioner. The next day I reported it to the front desk and they fully replaced the unit to a new one while we waited on the balcony. That's when I noticed our view was not of a creek, since we were now at the INN instead of the resort, but of two renovation dumpsters with lovely smells, about 100 old mattresses, and surrounded by a cemetery. When we went to breakfast it was powder eggs, microwaved sausage, or waffles and oatmeal we had to cook ourselves. This just all seems subpar to the way it was portrayed between moving us to a different building under renovation, prices no cheaper in fact more expensive, than the public can purchase, and the problems with smells, a/c sounds and replacement. Was offered no resolution and kindly said will stay somewhere else on future trips"

"The rooms are large and lobby very nice but the walls were thin. You could here doors slamming people talking and extracurricular activities. Not to mention alarm clock. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The creek view wasn't as good as other places. Table and chairs right outside my room with guest cursing and smoking. Kids would enjoy the slide at the pool. I'll never go back."
