"My package was delayed many times I needed it for a conference in Mexico. It did not come in time. The last tracking I got was that it was being delivered on Jan 17. Did not come. Now they are saying I have to come pick it up in Nashville. I paid shipping and handling. I want my package delivered to my house"

"If I could rate them lower, I would. I have NEVER, I mean NEVER had a worse experience with a shipping company, than I have with DHL. I didn’t not know my seller would use DHL, or I would have paid extra yo use another shipping company (or canceled my purchase). Any time I have had things shipped through them, it has either been sent back to the origin country, misplaced, or held at the delivery terminal for at least a week! Right now I am waiting for a mobility aid stuck in Nashville that’s been promised “arriving today by DHL”. I have asked three times, and told it will be a direct delivery. Am I going to have to go get it myself?!?What’s the use in paying Express? Update, passed to a third party. They give me a bogus company, the company says they don’t deliver in TN. Called back and told “we can’t tell who they handed it to, but it’ll be delivered today.” No it sure won’t! Completely incompetent company."

"After waiting weeks for a shipment, on the delivery day the driver decided they weren’t in the mood to deliver to my address and falsely reported that my address doesn’t exist. I went into their system and provided it again (the exact same address), and my delivery was updated to the next day. On the next day the delivery was changed to on-hold. I reached out to customer support and they said the next attempt would be 5 days later. Edit: Melissa got the package moving and delivered asap. Thank you"

"I had an important package from an international shipper that was scheduled for delivery Monday. Even though I did not request a signature requirement, they did not deliver because I was not home to sign. When I saw that the delivery was missed I used the touch-tone menu to waive the signature. Next day, no package by mid day, so I called. They would reattempt delivery, they said. End of that day, no package. So I called the next morning. I was assured the package would be delivered that day. No package. I have called the call center each morning EVERY DAY this week. Each day, I have been assured that the package would be delivered by so-and-so pm. Online tracking information has never changed since the original delivery attempt. It is now Saturday, and I still do not have my package, and they are closed for the weekend. I am baffled how an international logistics company is incapable of delivering a shoebox-sized package across town in a WEEK. I will never use DHL again. You have lost a customer for life."

"My package arrived from China as the tracking suggested which I thought was impressive. The delivery driver for some unknown reason to us and the DHL office literally sat outside our home (caught on security cam) for a minute and drove off without leaving the package. But, customer service was awesome, had the package held, the office at 1922 Old Murfreesboro Road likewise couldn't have been more apologetic and shared the driver was suspended, and then I got a really nice care package in the mail a couple of days later which was incredible! I've had issues with all the carriers but this is the first that did anything about it but make excuses. From the very helpful customer service, super nice office staff to a care package! Thank YOU DHL for really caring!"
