"It was my first time using the McDonalds app to do a curbside pickup and I left before my food ever came out because I waited well over half an hour for it. They were slightly busy, however, even the cars in the drive thru that had to pull around and wait for food waited for FAR less than I had been sitting there. Very disappointing. And my order had already been placed so I could not cancel or be refunded."
". Came in at 9am on a Monday. There was an older lady who was very, very short running the register, counter and bringing out food. Multiple people waiting in line, multiple people waiting on food and the entire time I only ever saw her. She seemed to be getting really ugly with a few irate customers, I can't say if it was justified or not. She seemed very stressed but was trying to be nice, I honestly just felt bad for her, so I just didn't complain. Even though the kiosks weren't working and our orders were all messed up. If this is how they run on the regular you need more employees than 1 older lady working the entire front that is ridiculous."

"Excellent food and service. The customer service staff are amazing. Two employees, Sidel and Jackie, were exceptionally polite. The store is spotlessly clean. The staff might want to check the rest rooms before opening the store. Never any paper products."
