The prime rib, a special on the menu, was nothing short of melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Paired with sides of mashed potatoes and green beans, it transported us to a Southern feast. Jennifer's choice, the grouper and shrimp, showcased the chef's expertise - the grouper was light and flaky and the shrimp, was a testament to perfect cooking. The service was as warm as the welcome, with the hostess engaging us in a short, pleasant conversation. The rural setting might surprise you, but the food certainly won't. "The Americano restaurant was amazing. from the time we walked in we felt very welcome the owner himself was so gracious. Our family traveled from Florida to Tennessee to visit my brother Mike for Christmas. He took us to the Americano for Christmas Eve dinner and it was delicious. The staff was great and the food was out of this world. It will definitely be a place that we have to go to every time we go to Tennessee."

"We tried several things. The smoked old fashioned was great with a solid smoky taste and aroma. We had the Maryland crab cake. I found it to be tasty if a bit small. It was served with a pesto sauce and what tasted like a roasted red pepper both of which were very tasty. My wife had the lobster & crab stuffed trout. It was good but we both felt like the trout was lost in the other ingredients. Next time I would opt for something else. I had the 12oz NY Strip. It was cooked perfectly medium and had a really nice flavor. I found the steak to be very tender. My loaded baked potato was average and not the hot. A real star was the crispy Brussels sprouts. Those things were dynamite. The carrot cake was better than average with a strong cinnamon and nutmeg taste. Atmosphere was nice. It is a small place and was very clean. The staff was fantastic. Our server, Bonnie, was really on top of things and was ready with answers to all of our questions. Other staff members did a good job of picking up plates as we finished and filling our drinks. Will definitely be back."

"First off the staff was amazing and service was great. Unfortunately our appetizer was still cold in the middle so it wasn’t made fresh the staff and kitchen fixed the issue. Wonderful decor and atmosphere despite a worker having their kid there. Salads and bread were amazing. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Wish the appetizer hadn’t been frozen and the fries weren’t hand cut. For the up charge and atmosphere you’d think it would be made in house. Highly recommend though maybe try the Brussels sprouts my husband loved them. Parking lot was weird because someone parked right behind us and we had to maneuver our way out. It was empty when we got there but then people were parking all over the lot. Restrooms were clean."
