"Let me just tell ya about my experience with this store this morning. Anyone who has ever been to this store knows they are slow. I drive up to the drive thru today and I’m on the phone with a friend. There was only one car ahead of me. I waited about 4 minutes with no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”, nada. So I continue with my conversation on my phone and I say “Is anyone working? They always have the slowest service but I love their food”. As I’m finishing my sentence, a woman comes on the speaker and says “If you do not like our service, feel free to go somewhere else”. WHAT?! I work in the food service industry and I would NEVER have the audacity to say this to someone. I called the store and the woman who spoke to me in the drive thru was on the phone. Her name is Autumn. Hope this review finds you well sweetie:). I’ll also be reaching out to corporate."

"the cashier was very lazy and unproffesional because i asked for coffe and she went to get my coffee but there was not enough cofffee in the pot and there was another guy about to make coffee but the lady did not want to wait for the fresh coffee so she decided to pour in some of the old coffee but it was not enough and then she filled up half of the coffee with the non caffinated coffee without my permission. The lady thought i was not watching her it was very sad to see an employee doing such a louzy job."

"I ordered a wing dinner, along with 4 extra wings and told me to park in a particular space so when they are done they would bring the dinner to us. A half hour went by and I went back to the window and asked where our dinner is. They asked where I parked and I told them. So they said just pull up to the end of the sidewalk. They apologized again. Then someone came up AGAIN and said one of the servers gave the 3 wings away. They gave us 3 old thighs. I cannot believe I was treated like that."

"NEVER GO AT LUNCH!!!! Not only did they only have 1 person working, he was rude as hell saying he can't be in 2 places at once after saying hello sitting g in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. When we do actually go, they do not know how to make gravy and they will tell you that. If you order the sausage gravy expect a biscuit sitting in white clumpy water. Never again!"

"Visited 10/28/23. Waited 45 minutes for food and then it was only because one little old man came up and asked me what I was waiting for. The 1st shift assistant manager was a joke!! Some dumb kid who had nasty, dirty hands and fingernails and was handling the food without gloves. While there was only 2 other ppl in the dining room, there was not a single clean table. In fact, I used a damp cleaning rag on another table to clean my own table! There was trash and food crumbs all of the floor. No lids or straws. Drink machine was out. 5 employees present, include the Assistant Manager, only 1 was actually working. Food was so greasy my husband threw up. Find somewhere else to blow your money. Next stop, Health Department complaint!!"
