"I eat here often when I want a quick meal. Employee turnover here is very high. I recommend ordering on their app and picking it up. Food is always hot and prepared correctly."

"There for lunch, no salads available. Had pizza bar only 2 items were fresh, had to find and ask servers for marinara and noodles for pasta for grandsons, also had to find someone to fill drinks. Sad part there were only 5 people in restaurant and our group had 4. The person waiting on us had his hair ganging so far in his face he couldn't even see. Just nasty!"

"I ordered pizza at 6:21 and was given an estimated time of 7:06 for delivery. I opted to receive text updates and was concerned when the delivery time had passed and I hadn’t received anything. At 7:40 I called the store to ask for an update on my order. The girl who answered the phone was rude and told me that my pizza had just been started. I told her we were expecting it to be delivered half an hour ago, and we didn’t want to wait any longer for the pizza as we have children that needed to have dinner before their 8:00 bedtime. She said she would have to ask a manager and put me on hold. After about 3 minutes, a boy picked up the phone and said “Manager.” I couldn’t believe this is how a person, let alone a manager, would answer the phone but I told him the situation and he simply said “I’ll cancel the order and refund the money back to your card” I thanked him and hung up the phone. To my surprise at 9:12 pm I received a call from a delivery driver saying my order was delivered, and I explained the situation to him and refused the pizza. He argued with me for 12 minutes about taking the pizza back, and was sitting in my driveway the entire time. My husband got a hold of the store on the other line and the manager we originally spoke to said he didn’t know how it happened. The delivery driver finally came back to the porch and picked up the pizza to return to the store, but we have not received our money back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut on Foothils Mall Dr, and will be the last time we order from them again."

"Checked here on Google Maps here for "dine in" and was shown it was available. Drove 20 minutes to find a handwritten note announcing the dining room was closed. Edit, after Pizza Hut reply: I stated that the dining room was closed. No order was placed."

"My pizza just was not good. Went into detail with manager. Got it to go. Have ordered in past with no problem. So I just told her we wouldn’t be back. She said she made it like she always did. No satisfaction. I guess they have enough business and just don’t care."
