"In store experience was just fine so I asked them for a quote for a pretty significant re-tile and concrete repair. The guys came out and left without telling me they were leaving or setting any expectations. A week goes by with no follow up so I call. Travis said they would get back to me. No expectation as to when. A wait at least another week and call back for Travis to tell me they are shopping materials and will get back to me. Said they were in their slow season though and that should somehow make sense as to why it is taking so long. I haven’t even seen any tile, rock or brick options. Terrible communication and leadership."
"Pool Sharks has serviced our pool from the beginning of having a pool at our house. Things have gone well without a complaint until about 2 years ago. This week the manager, Travis Stroppel, made some extremely dishonest statements and then unsuccessfully tried to back his way out of a lie and then never apologized for the lie. This was the straw that broke after several months of dealing with his unprofessional manner and lack of customer service to say the least. The service techs have been great, but Travis apparently does not value his customers that much to treat his long time customers the way he did this week. I still cannot believe that we were lied to by this business manager after being a customer of theirs at this address for probably 20 years since pool was put in and 6 years since we have lived here! We have honestly never had a company treat us this way, ever. They are severely understaffed and being honest and apologetic yet real about their temporary situation is one thing, but flat out lying to customers is NOT acceptable."
