"Wow! My husband and I were driving through the area on vacation. My husband noticed that we had a low tire. I got on Google and started searching for tire repair places. I came across West End Tire. We found the business and when we arrived it appeared to be a busy place for a Tuesday. To me that was a good sign because it meant the locals trusted this business. My husband check in with the office to see if we could get our tire looked at. He was told it would be a long wait time. The owner of the place told my husband he would look at the tire. He did not want us waiting he knew how that felt. He did a quick look was able to repair the tire! Gave us a reasonable bill and sent us on our happy way!! Now I know I was right about the reason the place was so busy! The locals have a FRIEND in the tire business!! I know they were a God sent to us in our time of need! "Tire sidewall got punctured 24 hours before wedding down in the Smokies. Called West End and they ordered tire for my son whose about to get married! He pulled in and within 30 minutes they had it changed to the proper tire. Cannot say enough about customer service and satisfaction and how it’s wonderful when you’re out of town and in a desperate situation that you come across an honest businessman. Thank you West End"

"Guys did a great job. Very quickly! Only guys in all of maryville that carried the truck tires I needed for my truck. 35inchers are hard to find but they found them and got them on my truck quickly! Guys were polite and fast. Truck drives smooth. Defiantly going to be going back to these guys. Would recommend them to anyone."

"I want to give a big shout out to West End Tire & Service. I brought my car in to get new brakes because they have been squeaking. They looked at them and told me they had dust on them, cleaned them, and told me they are only halfway through their life. Then they told me to have a blessed day and to come back when they need to be done. They didn't even charge me! I am a woman who doesn't know much about cars and they could have very easily taken advantage of that. It's so nice to have honest people around here!! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!!"

"Our tire went flat about 4 hours away from home and these guys were the only ones close enough to us, I'm so glad they were able to set us up with a whole 4 new tires at such short notice. They were really fast and professional. It took about 2 hours to get us ready to go again but, they were really busy, so I completely understand. They did their best to prepare us for the long ride home and made sure we were good to go for a safe trip."
