"I would use this company again without hesitation. My roof was stained and the porch actually had some moss growing on the roof and I wanted it taken care of to make my house look better and to preserve the shingles. All the estimates I got were in the ballpark; however Steven spoke to me about the process like I had a brain in my head and seemed very knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't want and didn't "little lady" me once. Being a widow, that means so much to me. He came out and did such a great job; my roof looks so much better and I couldn't believe how conscientious he was by putting my bird feeders, my hummingbird feeders, and my outdoor cat dishes out of the way of the cleaning process. He spent the time to do the job right, cleaned up after and treated my property the way I treat it, with love and respect If you need this cleaning for your roof, would not hesitate to call and ask for an estimate. Steven Sadler came out and used a soft scrub process to remove the discoloring caused by algae and now the roof looks great. Everything from the initial quote to the final invoice was handled efficiently and professionally. Unlike some contractors, Steven goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. His concern for the customer and his delivery of excellent customer service meant a lot to me as a retired Manager of Customer Service.
