"Hmmm…I see that the person who had so many positive things to say about Annandale’s office staff all of a sudden removed her review. I wonder why? I think it is because the negative reviews are coming in at a steady pace and each one highlights the disrespectful behavior of office staff. The timing and motive of her positive review was quite interesting too. I’ve edited my review because I don’t need to stoop down to Lynn and Debra’s miserable level because the reviews should embarrass them and Inland Properties enough. Why instead of going up under every negative review copying and pasting a tone deaf response that you two actually try to change how you treat people? I was there for 3 years and paid on time every month to live in a hostile unappreciative setting. We are the reason why both of you get a paycheck and have a job. Always remember that. I am at a loss for words at how Inland Properties sees all the complaints that are so consistent without tenants actually knowing one another that they have not taken any action. Lynn and Debra, warnings come before destruction and despite tenants constantly addressing you two behavior it seems like you don’t want to take your foot off the gas and re-evaluate your treatment of others (Lynn, being racist is more of a heart issue so I don’t think that part of you can be fixed). What we don’t learn by constructive criticism we definitely learn through consequences, and you two are not an exception to that rule. I lived at Annandale starting in 8/2020 and never had any issues until the tenants above me moved in. I went to the office many times on the noise complaints and they did nothing. I’ve raised my daughter to be very respectful and Lynn the recording that I heard how you talked to my daughter was downright disrespectful, condescending, and hostile lets me know you side with who looks like you even when they are in the wrong. They made every excuse in the book to defend their white tenant to the point since 2/2023 until 10/2023 they were passive aggressive bullying non-stop. As the previous African American reviewer stated, THEY DO DISCRIMINATE. Debra, I would think you being older that life would have helped you develop a PROFESSIONAL patience in your line of work. You have lost your DEMENTED mind yelling at 2 GROWN adults “ they can get out!” YOU TWO ARE WAY TOO OLD TO HAVE THIS MUCH ATTITUDE AND SLICK MOUTH AND QUESTIONABLE INTEGRITY TO BE IN CHARGE OF A COMMUNITY THAT SHOULD BE A MELTING POT OF TENANTS AND INLAND PROPERTY IS ALLOWING THEM TO RUN AROUND UNCHECKED. I know other reviewers said Inland Property needs to find them another job that doesn’t involve dealing with the public, I disagree. They don’t need to be moved around, they need to be FIRED."

"I would like to say one of these prolonged reviews is in favor of trying to paint a positive picture. After being a resident for 4 years the management office is disrespectful. As a resident who has never missed or been late on a payment the respect/ gratitude is still not there. The belittlement that goes on because of empowerment they feel they have over residents is quite insane. Trying to discredit several other reviews because you are comfortable living in an apartment with a full family is your choice. Unless you’ve witnessed each iteraction of each negative review I fear your opinion is invalid. You can’t say how a person made someone else feel because you are simply not that person. They are horrible at their job and that’s just that. Let’s not be small minded when we don’t know the context of each situation because I can say a review sounds like someone wants a couple dollars off next month rent for a positive review or in desperate need of a friend. Let’s not focus on others but the main goal of leaving our own personal experience on Annandale homes . Thanks for coming to “Ted Talk” stay blessed."

"I never wrote a review in my life but today I got time this is how horrible this place is. Poorly built shingles’s or siding is coming off if the wind is too hard. Common courtesy would be not to stomp on a 2nd or 3rd floor unit some residents prefer to actually gallop. Park incorrect half the units rented to dogs the size of miniature horses walls thinner than a paper towel can literally hear someone breathing so many outages a sunny 85 degree day either the power or WiFi/cable going out you can’t have both at this place. They pick and choose when they want to enforce policies. They’ll welcome you to a lease then threaten you with violations just to have a sense of empowerment. Debra and Lynn by far are the worst leasing office employees I’ve ever encountered. Their miserable old lives feed off having the authority over someone living situation. Their attitudes are down right disrespectful and they do it because they know they control one’s living situation from the moment you’re a resident there. Due to the aging of these women I would think they would be more kind hearted since they are one breathe away from cardiac arrest but to each is own. Nobody told them to spend their last years as a leasing office agent. They have clearly mistaken the place as a retirement home or their final resting place and will run it to the ground with them. I wish them nothing but the best."

"Very rude staff and a lot of attitudes almost like they don’t want tenants living there. Never felt comfortable especially for paying $1400 plus on rent. Heavy unnecessary charges when moving out. Saw pictures of “dirty areas” they claimed and it wasn’t even dirty. Definitely would not recommend. Go somewhere where staff actually wants you there. Debra and Lynn definitely are terrible old ladies who need something better to do with their lives."

"WOW! Is all I can say. We had to emergency move out of our rental home due to mold, and had a limited time frame. Hannah and ALL the ladies in the front office are incredible! Not only are these apartments truly luxury, but the staff couldn’t get any better. We felt so welcomed, and were so excited to move in. Hannah was never once annoyed by our constant communication to make sure everything was executed for the lease. I can’t say enough about how well we have been treated. This is our first weekend in our new apartment and we LOVE our space! Our bedrooms are MASSIVE compared to any other complex. We have a king bed and it looks small in the room. The bathrooms are gorgeous with tons of storage, and the BEAUTIFUL white countertops!! I’m still drooling! I love this place. It is so clean, All the neighbors are friendly, it’s relatively quiet, the grounds are kept so clean, and the amenities are awesome! We are very proud new residents!!"
