"Horrible! The receptionist was not friendly and very rude. The room was nasty, smelled like cat pee and sweaty gym socks. The room was dirty to the point I didn't we want to sit on the bed much less sleep there. Moved to the Holiday Inn and so glad I did."

"The rooms were decently clean, but the beds are a 2 out of 10. The location is a bit noisy being next to the interstate and massive amounts of traffic going by on the off/on ramps. Also the location is difficult to turn into being the roads so busy at the main traffic light, nobody leaves space to allow people to turn down the road. The service at the desk was fair, but not great. Prices were about average. Also doesn't help that the ice machine is clear on the opposite end of the building. Not exactly a safe feeling place. Didn't help having a parking lot light flicker the whole darn night into the edges of the window. I'd recommend looking around if possible, but it'll do if you just gotta have something that's fair condition overall. Not necessarily a place I'd recommend if you have time to look around."

"First 'non smoking' room smelled of cigarette smoke. Second room, refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Third room, microwave didn't work but there was a back up microwave and when we plugged it in under the TV then it worked. Also one of the knobs on the stove was missing, and the desk clerk gave an unintelligible response to our questions about that. But our tweaker neighbors were very friendly, and once we stole the pillows from our old rooms we slept pretty comfortably."

"My husband and I reserved a room there for 2 days, my husband left to pick up food and hour after we arrived, I was lying in bed when the door opened my thinking it was my husband to turn over to find this guy standing by the bed he’d just let himself in I was terrified no privacy no safety and told by the guy working the front desk……OH he rented the room before you as if that was supposed to make me feel better. My husband came back went to talk to him we couldn’t change rooms if get our money back. This is our anniversary weekend I want a FULL REFUND. I thought this was a prominent hotel only to find out this is where the homeless live and just random people I’ll never rent a room reserve a room here again if you want safety peace of mind don’t come here. Oh and by the way yes we’re still here. It’s very loud I didn’t get any sleep the guy in the next room sound like he was sitting beside me and there was constant traffic outside all night."

"We did not care for the bed or pillows. Too soft for our comfort and high. Several lamps were not working in the room. General smell of cigarette smoke, although it was a nonsmoking room. Walls are paper thin. I brought ear plugs though and was fine. Parking was fine. We did not partake in the bfast options. We asked for tp and were given 2 rolls. We had to clip the curtains closed w/ hair clips b/c they were broken in spots and letting in light/no privacy."
