"Room and service was fine but my truck was burglarized in the parking lot, not too far from the front entrance. Broken rear window cost me over $500. There are no outside security cameras; only a sign stating that the hotel is not responsible for damage or theft. The policeman told me break-ins happen in this area regularly. Just having cameras present probably would have been sufficient to deter these criminals. I would advise travelers to avoid this hotel until it improves its security."
"Allison the front desk clerk has the best customer service which is a rarity these days. She was friendly, courteous and professional, also Rosa was very pleasant on the evening shift. The room was great. I highly recommend this location."
"I was given a disabled room (413) right next to the elevator. As in, walk out the elevator and it is right there, less than 2 feet from the elevator doors. I hate rooms next to elevators because it is so noisy with loud people and the elevator moving. I am not sure how they insulated the room because I never once heard the elevator. The room was HUGE and so nice. I really liked the comfortable bed. The rooms looked new. Right now the toiletries are lavender and eucalyptus scented which are my favourites. I have never heard of the brand but it seemed to work well. There is apparently a highway nearby but I didn't really hear it. Others did complain about it. I am not a high enough elite member so I didn't get any freebies. I usually avoid Marriot properties due to the lack in meals included. I like breakfast included and a free happy hour. Whilst this room and hotel was lovely, I probably will stay at another place nice time so I can have included meals. The work out room was decent and I was able to have a good workout."
"I didn't get to see a lot of the outside, but the rooms were beautiful and comfortable! Breakfast was hot and delicious! Would definitely stay there again and for longer then a night!"
"Stayed here for 2 nights 10/19. Very Clean establishment, comfortable room and great staff. Good location for my needs, lots of businesses around. I was torn with a 4 or a 5, because I thought the rate was a little high, but my wife left a personal item in the room and they were helpful in getting it back. Because of that I give em a 5. I would recommend and return."
