Kindness Counts Spay and Neuter Clinic, located at 240 Pleasant Hill Road in Sevierville, Tennessee, is a veterinary care institution that provides low-cost spay, neuter, and vaccination services for cats, dogs, and other small pets in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Knoxville, and Smoky Mountains area. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers since 2003, Kindness Counts has spayed and neutered over 4,100 cats, 300 dogs, and 11 rabbits, as well as adopted out over 600 cats, dogs, and kittens. They also offer services such as loaning out live traps for managing feral cat colonies through TNP and providing pet pick-up and delivery for the elderly or housebound. For only $35, outdoor cats can receive spaying or neutering, a 1-year rabies vaccination, and an ear-tipped procedure. Donations are greatly appreciated to help the organization continue its mission of helping animals in need. The clinic features state-of-the-art facilities including pre-op surgery rooms, surgery rooms with LED lighting, pre-surgery pet kennels, and a multi-purpose washroom with laundry facilities.
