"They are EXCELLENT. I have a joint condition and narcolepsy and have had to use a wheelchair since this past summer, and the drivers have gone above and beyond in their efforts to make sure that I am safe and comfortable every time they transport me to or from one of my medical appointments. Even when customer service at Tennessee Carriers gave me problems and didn’t seem to care if I still made it to my appointment, Theo stepped in and took charge of the situation to make sure I didn’t miss the appointment. It was legitimately impressive, plus I was really grateful. All of the drivers who have driven me have treated me with dignity and respect and like I’m no different from any other human; I hope they realize how much stuff like that means to someone with a disability. I’m a former internationally ranked athlete and my mindset usually isn’t one of what I CAN’T do, so I’ve never handled it well when anyone treats me badly or as “less than” due to my health. The drivers here are all fantastic! If you have the opportunity to ride with Tripod, take it!"

"My mother, Rose M. requires wheelchair accessible transportation. Finally Tennessee Carriers found Tripod Transportation to transport my mother to her congestive heart failure doctor. My mom spent two weeks in the hospital via ambulance for heart failure and pulmonary failure just before finding this awesome company. Tripod is her lifeline now. "Chuei is an incredible medical transport driver who went above and beyond the call of duty today. My iPhone was not working properly due to the new update and all my calls were not ringing and just going straight to voicemail. Chuei knocked on my front door this morning to let me know he arrived after trying to call me and I didn't pick up. He knew I needed to go to my appointment and did NOT assume that I was a no-show. He made the effort to reach out to make sure I was okay and got me to my appointment on time. And he helped me fix the problem with my iPhone. Tripod Medical Transportation has been THE absolute best vendor that Tennessee Carrier has used in the three months I have utilized their services. And I have been a passenger for the whole time. Five days a week. And I have had some not-do-good vendors who were late, overslept, and even forgot to abou me. So I am thankful for the excellent customer service Chuei provided today and the high standards Tripod Medical Transport has proven to me each time they were called on."
