"Our car broke down while we were on vacation with my disabled mother in a wheelchair. We had to leave the vehicle and we called Taxi Benz to take us back to our rental. The driver did help with getting the wheelchair in and out of the vehicle. The complaint we have is he charged us $88 to go nine miles. Its so disheartening. To top things off he asked for cash and drove us to an ATM because his card reader was “Apprently” not working."

"I only used the service once but they were very reliable, accommodating, and the car was nice and clean. Couldn't get a ride share service in the area an called them last minute. Only took about 30 minutes when everyone else told me an hour plus. Ride was pricey for a short distance, but I was just glad to get where I needed to be."
