"HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO LOCALS AND VACATIONERS!!! Over the weekend my family and I visited Cades Cove and let the sunroof back on our car. When we got ready to close it, it was stuck, we were four hours from home, and rain was on the way. We stopped at the nearest shop and was told it was the motor and to close it they’d have to cut a wire and it’d cost us a lot of money. We decided to stop at car-d-ology and see if they could squeeze us in. They told us to pull on up and they got started, even let us leave our kids buckled in and sleeping. We stood and talked with them for about thirty minutes while they worked to get it unhung (it definitely wasn’t the motor like the first place said.) It finally came loose and was able to close. They told us no charge and even refused money when my husband tried to give them some anyways. We would have gladly paid them anything they asked- they saved our vacation! But instead, we were told to take our kids to do something fun with it. These are hands down the best people and if you’re not going here, you’re missing out!"

"On vacation when our car started overheating. We saw this was about a mile away and limped it in. It was late at night, but we called and he was quick to call back. He had it ready the next morning by replacing a hose! Fast service! Sadly we had a harder time finding a way back, but were able to pay online. We finally found Uber after hours, but per our instructions, he left the key hidden for us to pick up. We would definitely use this business again. Thank you!"

This is typically a struggle to get a shop to do but they had someone stay late to work on it so I could be ready in the morning to drive the 8 hours back home. The price was good and they were very friendly. 10/10 recommend."
