IHOP

"This place needs a manager that can manage. It’s a mess and servers/hostess were very disorganized. It wasn’t that busy and took a good 15 minutes to get our coffee. Our server, Jamal was pleasant but looked like he just got outta bed. After getting our food, he didn’t check back till we were ready to leave. Would have been nice to get a refill of coffee. Put more servers, bussers on and clean this place up. Teach the cooks how to make over medium eggs please. Hot food should always be served hot. I don’t blame the staff.. but I do blame the manager who was nowhere to be found. Jamal, we left you a very nice tip in hopes you get proper shoes. It’s a safety issue. 56 years in this business. 23 at IHOP. I know what I’m talking about. I hope and pray there’s improvement when we come next time."

"Took my 5 and 6yo here. There was no offer for booster seats. I ordered coffee but was never asked if I wanted sugar. It was a good 5min before ever taking our drink order. They were apparently out of both fries AND burgers. I was offered no anything by mgmt for their clear lack of inventory management. Finally the bathroom was tore up. I would give this place a 0 if I could"

"Food was as expected, everything was good except for the Nashville chicken melt… it was too salty to enjoy. Service was amazing. Our server Sandra went above and beyond. She was so friendly, attentive and fast. Her customer service definitely stood out. Great job! I hope she finds a job that treats her better, one of the other servers was so rude to her in front of her guests, even then Sandra stayed positive and kept a smile on her face. Now let’s talk about the condition of this restaurant. This place is in major need of a DEEP cleaning. The floors were so sticky like they haven’t been properly mopped in months. The ceiling was caving in and a piece of drop ceiling actually fell on the table behind us. The chairs and booths were also filthy. We stayed because nothing else was open on Christmas on our way back home."

"Honestly, this is the most ghetto place I have ever walked into. As soon as we arrived, the hostess she was skinny and had a long ponytail, she was cursing that someone came in and took up a to go order. She didn’t greet us, only asked us if we wanted to eat, we said yes and told us to follow her. I kid you not, that girl threw down the 2 menus on the table while walking away. The hostess was using curse words walking up and down and using the “f” word about the togo order. I was so embarrassed, all in all, I can say this location needs some type of training. While waiting on our food, we could hear a server and the line cook going back and forth over some eggs that a customers said she didn’t receive, the whole restaurant could hear it. That lady told the server she didn’t even bother wanting the food because she can hear the cook calling her a liar. My server was very quiet and sweet, she seemed so fed up. Had to tip her good cause she truly tried to make sure we weren’t affected by the chaotic situation happening around the restaurant. Pic of dirty kettle"

"We visited for brunch on a Monday morning, were sat down very quickly and the host was friendly. Service was a bit slow considering there were plenty of staff and not a lot of customers, but the food was all pretty decent, no complaints. Coffee was pretty good. French toast was decent but the strawberry syrup was intense. Pancakes as a side were a huge portion, but very tasty."
