"Everything about this experience was fabulous! Larkin & Dakota were hands down the best servers I’ve ever had. Mimos attention to detail is unlike any other restaurant. Will absolutely be dinning here again. Love all the appetizers and entrees. Recommend trying an array of items since picking one is almost impossible!"

"Service was way over the top in the absolute best way . From the moment I walked in everyone was greeting me by name . Very warm welcome. My waiter Paul was fantastic. The ambiance was so nice . Really large space , very cozy and bright . Food was definitely not bad but I’ve had better salmon elsewhere. The avocado was definitely solid and I was certainly surprised how great an avocado could taste . Would happily return again."

"Staying upstairs made this a frequent place for us to dine and we had it all! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and cocktails! No matter when we went or who our servers were each time was welcoming, genuine, and an experience not to forget. My favorite breakfast item was the chicken and waffles! So good with the spicy sauce and trust me half a waffle and a piece of chicken is more than plenty for one person. Some other favorites of mine were the tuna tartare, made table side, which was a pleasant surprise! The beef carpaccio was wonderful as well. The tomato soup was incredible! It was flavorful and thick. One of the staff I remember was from our home area of Oregon, so it was fun to talk with her and see how she liked it there compared to our home states. We got recommendations from just about everyone for things to do and places to eat! We did come during the winter storm so I feel like they had more time than usual to chat with us and it was appreciated."

"This place is lovely in every way. We enjoyed a wonderful snowed in few days at the Four Seasons and Mimo made us feel right at home! The Atmosphere is happy and calm; even when they’re busy the dining room is not loud. And the staff; Supervisor Christina, Bartender’s Maggie and Kayla, Server Jennie and the Barista Mo made us feel like family. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. I enjoyed the Avocado toast with the most perfectly poached eggs I’d ever had with smoked salmon for breakfast twice. And for lunch I had the waygu burger and beef carpaccio, it was amazing!! Food for their prices it’s 100% worth it. We have definitely found our new hotel when in Nashville. Thank you all so much!"

"Our dinner at Mimo was wonderful! The food was interesting/unique, flavors were great, and service was excellent. We had a nice booth looking straight into the kitchen, where everything appeared to be cool calm and collected all night. The octopus potato salad was a surprising flavor combo that I would definitely get again. The fish of the day was a Chilean seabass and it was cooked perfectly. I had the clam pasta which was a hearty portion and really full of clams, whereas sometimes others don't put many clams in that dish. The only part I would not necessarily recommend was the atmosphere, it wasn't really anything special and I did feel like I was dining in a hotel lobby restaurant. Otherwise, excellent! As locals though, there are just too many restaurants to try, so we probably won't go back there again soon, but it is definitely on the good list for the future."
