Walmart Supercenter

"This is the absolute worst Walmart I’ve ever encountered. Employees are constantly standing in the middle of the aisles, and could care less if you need to get around them. There’s never any registers open, so you have to self checkout $300+ worth of groceries yourself. The rare time an employee has been around to scan my groceries, i either get double charged or they forget items. The employees are rude, disrespectful, and could care less to help anyone. After multiple bad instances, i decided to try to order groceries online…. I could have gone in the store and shopped myself for the amount of time i waited outside for them to come to my car. I had to call twice just to make sure they were still coming. This is quite frankly the WORST ran Walmart around. If i could get negative stars, the Antioch Walmart would be getting a -10. I will be driving an extra 20 minutes just to avoid this horrendous customer service."

"If I could give the Wal-Mart stores near me a ZERO star or a negative star rating it would be more than they deserve. They do NOT care about their disabled customers. They refuse to maintain the riding carts or order new ones. Prices continue to increase while service continues to go down. It is truly sad. Both the Nolensville Road Superstores AND the Antioch Superstore on Murfreesboro Pike absolutely refuse to accomodate diasabled customers."

"I absolutely hate coming to this Walmart location. Nobody knows anything. I came to do a propane tank exchange. There were a few propane cages outside, with the prices for exchange. I went inside to pay and was told to go to customer service. I stood in line for 35 minutes to be told by a customer service manager that I had to go to a register, stood in line for another 30 minutes only to be told that they no longer do propane exchanges. Over an hour of my time wasted for no reason!!!! The staff is extremely rude and you have to stand in line for 20 minutes at least just to be able to check out. Do yourself a favor and go 15 minutes up the road to Lavergene, you will be glad you did."

"Auto department!!!!!!! These guys are amazing hands down Best iv seen me personally was not a customer but I do work on on Walmarts across the the United States I've seen a lot these guys kept their area clean and had people in and out quickly clean friendly environment but poor Jeff lol the new guy I think he was getting a lot of raz"

"Update: They need to close this place down, effective immediately. They barely have cash registers or staff to assist customers. Gone are the days of running in the store “really quick”. This dysfunctional place doesn’t have the manpower to handle more than 5 customers at a time. Yet, they’re still performing updates to the store. Why? Just so they can have more than one way to waste somebody’s time. I’m embarrassed for the leadership of this store. Service & quality is excruciatingly sub-par. Take a page from Buccee’s gas station and open 100 automatic registers. This just might be the worst Walmart in the country. I only come here because of convenience, but this store is absolutely ridiculous. There’s almost never any cashiers and when they are so lucky to have some - they’re incompetent. During my most recent visit, I came across a deal on curtain rods. Markdown from $19.98 to $5.00. As you might have guessed, when I went to the register, the price was $19.98. The poor unfortunate soul of a cashier was unable to “do anything about” nor contact a manager to resolve the pricing error. Instead, she says that I can find the manager on duty, Terrell, in the electronics department. He proceeds to tell me that “when that happens, we’re only obligated to sale you one.” Forgive me, but retailers usually run sales to offload inventory for a lower price in the hopes that the item on sale is bought in higher quantities. If that’s true, explain to me why I would only be able to buy one. He acted like he was doing me a favor by honoring the price set by the store that he’s operating. Now, here I am in electronics and the the cashier is still unable to markdown the price. I have to walk her to the item to show her the sticker price being advertised. At this point, give me a blue vest and let me clock in because apparently I’m an employee. Moral of the story: Shop at Target."
