"Shout out the workers here on December 1st 2023. Around 5 pm. I could tell tensions were high, lines backed up, people getting annoyed but the crew was in there handling business. Please take care of your employees Walgreens. They work tirelessly."
"The pharmacy employees should learn to be kind n give better customer service!.. also it's impossible for a customer to read n understand all those questions/agreements the card machine is asking in under 15 seconds.. cause during tht time the cashier is rushing me n thier is other people in line waiting.. all tht gives me no time to understand what I'm agreeing to.. there should be a separate kiosk machines for customer to read n understand the agreements carefully!"
"Amazed by Bianca at the pharmacy. My doctor didn’t put in my prescription correctly and she politely asked for the confirmation - it saved me a ton of money and qualified me to get a prescription for something that originally wasn’t covered. She was so patient and kind and I left feeling much better. Unsure of the other pharmacists are like her, but so hope I get her in the drive through pharmacy every time. :)"
"I went to collect my photos. I had ordered two different groups of them. The cashier at the front found one packet. I asked if she could look for the other one. She couldn't find it and told me that it wasn't at this Walgreens. I asked which Walgreens was it at then. She said she didn't know. I found the email in my phone that said the photos were ready for pickup at this address. She said that the emails lie. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager went to the photo section, and it was the first packet of photos in front of her. The cashier didn't even admit to her mistake. She was also unkind to me about my name. Another time, I tried to get my passport photo taken here. Online, the website said I could. I got to the store and they said I couldn't get my passport photo here because their machine is broken."
