"Absolutely terrible customer service. Lady that answered the phone hung up on me mid conversation. Nobody answers the phone or phone picks up and then gets put on hold with no explanation. Something needs to be done with the employees at the customer service desk. Worst lowes I have ever been too. To top it off my lumber delivery got delayed and nobody seems to know anything about delivery there. All I get is "it's supposed to be delivered between 8 & 8" and GUESS WHAT after being placed back on hold and then the phone keeps ringing I get hung up on. For the THIRD TIME."

"Indoor store shelves left a little something to be desired. But the staff were very helpful. And we got what we needed from the outside storage area."

"Bought a generator from here and took it out of the box and never even used it or started it and was refused refund. We needed a generator that could be hooked up to natural gas and they informed my wife when she got it that it could run on natural gas and I realized that it could not and tried to return it and buy the correct one. They say 100% satisfaction return but that’s not the case. I tried to return just a week in a half after purchasing which was within the 30 days of original purchase. Then they try and give us these slick made up names for there regional and district managers. Looks like I’ll be making the drive to Home Depot for all my major purchases from now on."

"First time ever I walked into Lowe’s in Millington and was greeted very professionally by Shaundra who gave me information about the wood cutting area and I went around and met with William immediately who cut my wood to perfection! William too was very professional and made my visit perfect!!!"

"Probably the worst Lowes I have ever been to. Drove down 4.5 hours to visit my mom for mothers day and needed to extend her gutter downspout 20 feet away from the house to fix water issue on back porch. Drove another 20 minutes to Millington Lowes then spent over an hour trying to find the pipe and fittings, which were not where the app said they were. Passed more than 10 employees and none of them offered to help. Asked one employee and she told me 2 different locations on opposite sides of store, one was right, but could not find pipe, asked another employee at pipes to please bring 2 to front so I can pay for them since they were filthy, they refused but then another employee folded the two 4inch by 10 feet pipes into a basket.Then went to pay, but there were no cashiers available I was told by a passing employee that I could go to customer service or to the other end of store to wood section. I went to customer service. Had to wait for the only customer service lady to finish with a lengthly return then the unfriendly customer service lady began ringing me up and when she scanned the 2 pipes she almost lost control of the folded pipes and almost hit my 82 year old mother, then she scanned the 3 splash blocks, then she could not find a price on the 90 degree black 4 inch elbow or the vinyl gutter spout end, she called for someone from plumbing who never showed up, and just stood there looking at me asking me if I want them then I had to go find her a price, so I had to go find a price, which none of the downspouts had a price on them, after 10 minutes I think I found a sticker on a shelf that was the correct item (took picture), i could not find any more black elbows so I brought her a white one. When I got back she was helping someone else, so another 10 minutes and then she rung me up and my mom paid her, but I had to use my military discount, because she was unable to find my mothers military discount even though she had her military id in her hand. Then we finally got home about 9pm.Then we realize that the customer service lady failed to charge us for the 2 pipes and 3 splash blocks, about $60. So i spent Saturday putting the pipes in the ground and today, Sunday made another trip to Lowes to speak to the Store Manager, but was told they were not there, so I asked to speak to a manager, was told they were unavailable, that the customer service rep was a supervisor, so I told my story and that we needed to pay for the pipes and splash blocks, she said sure how many pipes and splash blocks and rang us up and we paid and left. I did show her pictures of what was on receipt and what was not. She said sorry that app reported wrong locations but it has been a problem for over a year. Said nothing about employees not helping or not ringing us up right. Not even thanks for catching the mistake and making it right or nothing. Note on the black elbow, Friday customer service lady rang it up for white elbow price but flat out told me I would never be able to return it. So that is my unpleasant experience hope yours is better. I would love to hear from the store manager to see if they care at all. Based on how little their employees care, I wonder."
