"Once we arrived it was pretty nice the room was clean and everything was nice but there was this big banging noise above us. It all went down at night I barely slept because someone kept knocking on our doors I thought we were being robbed but it was probably just some teens. this hotel need to have people to check the halls and make sure no one is messing around. I parked my van over some bush then the manager came out and said you can't park there because it's hanging on the bush. So I pull out the look and the bush is PERFECTLY FINE I even took a picture of proof. Only one staff so I don't know how he could even manage the hotel. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Made a phone call to see if anyone was hiring and what not and this front desk worker bluntly hung up on my face. When I asked him why he hung up on me, he basically said, "he wanted to!" Because of that type of behavior, I don't want to work in an environment where guests and aspiring employees don't feel welcomed."

"I stayed Christmas day visiting family, it was one of the best hotels around Murfreesboro I've stayed at. The woman who does their breakfast Brenda Lee was the best and friendliest staff member, the others were great too. It was so clean and great price. I'll be back"

"I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had service as wonderful as this place, simply because of the way some employees went above and beyond with their service to us. The lovely lady who does breakfast deserve employee of the year and a raise. This lady made me want to use them every time from now on. She was not only the nicest person I've met in some time but she went out and took time to help my wife and I. Without saying everything she helped with and went far beyond what she needed to do because I could write a book on everything she helped with, she was the biggest help in a time of need. I hope someone blesses her the way she did us cause she deserves so much and probably is main reason this hotel has such high reviews. Although I can't remember her name, if she reads this, thank you again and I could say so much but words couldn't express the gratitude my family has. The staff and other people staying at the hotel made it feel we as we were among family!! We can't say thank you enough !!"
