A $250 refundable security deposit is required for booking, along with a signed rental agreement. The cancellation policy allows for a full refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date, and no refund if cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date.
