"I called and he showed up that day. He then said well I need to put this off, let me check my calendar. I called the next day since I heard nothing and he said let me check my calendar and get back with you. No call back. I called again the next week and same story. The fourth time he said he would come today to pump it which was last week. It is the afternoon and no word and no show, I called and said don’t bother. I can’t attest to his work since he did not pump my tank and did not show. My yard is level. My septic tank lid is buried within inches of the soil barely covered with dirt. You literally can take a rod and punch the dirt and strike the metal cap of the septic tank. Here is a photo of the dead grass since it’s so shallow with dirt and it dies easily on top of the metal cap every summer."
"Had a bit of a problem on my hands and knew I needed my septic tank pumped out. Called first thing in the morning and was thrilled to hear they could come that day. Troy wasn't sure about time and said he would call when he was finished with his other jobs. In the end, he ended up coming later that morning and got the job done quickly and professionally. Price was also reasonable. Would definitely recommend."
