"We arrived at the bank 10 minutes before closing to add my husband's name to my account. However, we were told by three different employees that: 1. We couldn't complete the service because it would take longer than 20 minutes. 2. We needed to make an appointment for this type of service. 3. Our names weren’t on the list, so we must have come in after closing hours, and thus, they couldn't provide the service. I'm not sure if these reasons are accurate. I would prefer if they were honest with me and simply said, "I want to leave on time and don’t want to do my job." Overall, the employees were rude, unprofessional, and seemed to lack concern for Chase's customer service standards."

"No available desk workers to process account issues, but management thinks it's fine to have two employees stand in the middle of the lobby to "help me" with making an appointment to see one of the desk people later."

"I’ve been a Chase private client customer for over 15 years. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever visited. After 20 minutes they still couldn’t complete a simple $500 withdrawal. Furthermore, I needed a document notarized and rather than putting the seal on the document, they just gave me a separate piece of paper ….with signatures. A waste of time and absolutely the most incompetent group of people ever."

I had to change some information regarding my payment, and Chase was super helpful and accommodating in helping me figure everything out! I’m glad they’ll be building a New location a little bit closer to me too!"

Another bank screwed up an appointment with us earlier in the day, and Chase could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Ciara was fantastic helping my husband and I set up our accounts, answered all of our questions, and helped us with information and planning for the future. Also the employee that helps direct you and make appointments in the lobby was fantastic and really went above and beyond for us. So glad we switched to banking here!"
