Originally from Cape Coral, Florida, Dr. Williams moved to Knoxville in 1988 to attend The University of Tennessee. Before embarking on his medical career, he dedicated 19 years to public service as a firefighter/paramedic and Flight Medic for UT LifeStar. He earned his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University's DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at The University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.
