Mihalczo Jr., this herb farm started as a weekend business selling fresh cut herbs at local farmers markets. Over time, it expanded to include three greenhouses, herbal display gardens, and a herb shop with a kitchen classroom. The farm offers a variety of herbal education programs, classes, and workshops for gardeners, cooks, and herbal medicine makers. They also host events that are open to the public, sponsored by the Anderson County Beekeepers Association. Additionally, they offer culinary classes where students can learn about cooking with herbs and take home recipes.
