Erin's Meadow Herb Farm is a charming store located at 132 England Drive in Clinton, Tennessee. Founded by Kathleen (Kathy) Erin Burke-Mihalczo and her husband John T. Mihalczo Jr., this herb farm started as a weekend business selling fresh cut herbs at local farmers markets. Over time, it expanded to include three greenhouses, herbal display gardens, and a herb shop with a kitchen classroom.
The farm offers a variety of herbal education programs, classes, and workshops for gardeners, cooks, and herbal medicine makers. They also host events that are open to the public, sponsored by the Anderson County Beekeepers Association. Additionally, they offer culinary classes where students can learn about cooking with herbs and take home recipes.
Owner Kathy E. Burke Mihalczo is a community herbalist who presents informative herbal wellness programs and activities for organizations and employees. She has been featured on WBIR-TV and has presented programs at various events and organizations.
In addition to herb-related activities, Erin's Meadow Herb Farm also offers crafting classes through Katherine's craft business, Dexter's Designs. River Fern Bryant holds cacao ceremonies for heart opening and healing, while Terri Geiser is a culinary enthusiast and cooking instructor.
