"We ordered 1 bowl 1 plate with 2 drinks the woman at the cash register mistakenly charged us for 2 bowls instead of one with the plate.We set the tray at the table and walked back to.the cash register. The Manager came and said I can't get in the register the only way to get you 9.07$ back is to go online. I said what! After a 3 min argument and snatching the receipt out of my hand she finally gave the cash back .Totally unprofessional and a liar."
"So disgusting everything we ordered was not done all the way waxy noodle , hard rice the orange chicken bejing beef was slathered with so much sauce and the rangoons barely cooked,when you spend forty bucks on food you should be able to eat it"
"Panda Express is not my cup of Tea. I went there 2 times now. The first week they were open on Broadway in the Fountain City part of Knoxville and 2 weeks ago I was there again. I ordered the same thing both times hoping that the second time was better than the first time. The dish was Sesame Chicken with Fried Rice. The Sesame Chicken sauce must be tomato based there, because it was gross. Sesame Chicken sauce is supposed to be sweet and tasty. The sauce at Panda Express is not, it was gross. I will never eat there again. I understand that Panda Express is not expensive but sacrificing Quality for Cost is a Bad thing. My Advise, seek out an actual Chinese Restaurant, there are plenty of them around."
"I submitted an online order, my first time doing that with Panda Express. I went inside the store to pick up my order, and Christian was who helped me at the counter. They were very courteous, friendly, and I got my order very quickly. The food was fresh, tasted like I expected (Beijing Beef FTW), and it was overall a great experience. I'm pretty new to eating Panda Express, and while I'm a little disappointed that I can't actually order panda (is it seasonal?), it's a nice option for quick, Asian-style fast food."
