"Only one star because i cant give zero- I purchased a "Yamaha full suspension bike" from this shop. I felt good about it as it was from a shop with what i thought were professional bike people. What i got was a 2006 mongoose from walmart for $200 (it was advertised at 175 with no mention of tax) with a broken bottom bracket, about 20 years of grease caked on, and completely shot pedals. I absolutely had no idea what to look for on a bike and the blad guy up there was like "oh yeah" "this thing is amazing". OPn their website they state "EACH BIKE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY SERVICED AND OVERHAULED" that is a blatant lie, I know this for a fact because i tore the entire bike down. This bike was neglected for years, DONATED to this store, and then sold to me for 200. Absolutely ZERO due diligence was done, and when i just got off the phone with them they said "you are wrong, oh well" So NO I will not darken the door of this shop again, they are shady as heck and rude. Save yourself some headache and buy a good used bike from an individual and have a shop THAT YOU TRUST look it over."

"A great bike shop for second-hand bicycles and scooters. They accept donations, staff renew them and sell them to support their mission then provide transportation to those who need a hand. Very knowledgeable people who helped us find the perfect rides for our growing kids. This is as close to an altruistic business as it can get. They post new inventory on FB. Don't sit around waiting for the new tech bicycle if you just wanna get out there. Don't buy a big box store heavy steel frame at full price. Go buy a bike from here, you'll thank yourself for it later. Need a tune up? Very affordable. Wanna learn how to tune up? They can help with that too."

"These guys are the best. They are friendly here and will answer and explain any question (and I had plenty as a new bike rider). At each step/issue with my bike they showed me what the problem was. I purchased a used bike from someone that turned out to be a lemon. They gave me information in order for me to make an informed decision and didn't make me feel pressured either way. I ended up getting a bike with them and now I am ready to SAFELY ride around. The turnaround is awesome and the pricing is fair. What a wonderful experience"
