"The store is neat and pretty easy to find things their staff are rude if you ask them for help 2 different employees said sheww not again and they stay really busy they have 5 cash registers but only had 2 open and there were 18 people in line so many people had to form another line outside the check out line definitely need more registers open and staff need customer service training!!!"

"Ok, I'm giving these guys 5 stars, because the employees deserve it for helping me as they did, but Old Navy needs to either hire some employees at the Jackson store. That or they need to make the others who work there start doing their jobs if they aren't. It was SEVERAL days after Christmas, and they still had returned or swapped clothing EVERYWHERE behind their counter. The two poor girls working couldn't organize or pick up the rest of the store for trying to get rid of all the returns that had piled up. I feel like I may have even found something I liked more that wasn't on the shelves or hanging up, but rather lying in that huge pile! The girls were still very helpful though. They were very patient in speaking to me which I did not expect considering it was quite busy. One even took the time to recommend where to look for some things I had in mind that I wanted so I didn't have to hunt all over that store for them. They did a great job and I will be back. Hopefully by my next visit the company will get that store put back together. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
