"Very slow and does not greet when you come in. Felt like they were constantly looking at you like you were stealing when you are just coming in to shop and enjoy your shopping experience. Not very friendly. The only one that was kind was the person on the cash register that held my clothes when I had to leave to go to the restroom. She had 4+ people in line and all the other sales associates did not help. There was no way to try on clothes since fitting rooms were closed due to so much theft which one of the sales associates told me. The manager watched everyone from the door as people walked in and out to make sure no one was stealing. This was the worse customer service I have seen in a long time."

"I really enjoyed shopping around in this store today. They have some really soft pajamas and I found some cute outfits."

"On March 12, I made a purchase of 3 items totaling $58.09. Although clothes are nice, after going home, I tried them on and they were not fitting just the way I would like them to. The next day I started feeling a little sick, developed a bad cough, and became more ill as the week progressed. I called today, March 19 approximately at 10:00 - 10:15 am and explained the situation to a salesclerk and she said there was no exception, that they had to be returned today. I live in Lexington and she informed me that they were closing at 11:00 am making next to impossible for me to get there by closing. I told her I didn't want to try to make it in and possibly expose anyone to anything that I possibly might have as well as my daughter and grandson, who would have to drive me there. I think under these circumstances, allowances would have been made to protect sales personnel, customers and not risk my health further in the process. I believe it to be very poor customer relations!"

"I haven't been to Rainbow in years and I will not be going back to this location. I went in a few days ago and they had rap music playing so loud, it could damage somebody's hearing. Everybody does not listen to secular music. I don't mind music, but play something soft and mellow for people shopping. I couldn't get what I came for because the music was extremely loud and ratchet."

"Never have I ever been ignored by not just one but three employees in a store until I walked into Rainbow. I had to wait five minutes for a dressing room which were all empty while three employees stood there and talked to each other; then I had to wait another five minutes to check out while the employee in front of me at the check out counter was putting tags on clothes and gossiping with coworkers and ignoring me standing in front of her. Then she threw the bag on the counter and said, “There”. Never will I walk into that store again. My mother and I walked in there joyful and happy and left upset."
