"I ordered a Venti pink drink (which is almost $7 by the way) and something didn’t look right when I got it… then I realized it didn’t have the strawberries in it. :( if we are paying this much for a drink, please make it the way it’s supposed to be made. Or tell the customer when they order so they can choose something else if all the ingredients aren’t going to be in the drink."
"I order 2 to 3 Carmel ribbon crunch almost everyday in the mornings. A few days ago we got 3 and they looked white I knew it was wrong but did not have the time to fix it so my mother called and the women said she would replace our order come to find out the women didn’t even write anything down in the office. So today I got one replaced and had to pay for the other two thanks to the women that didn’t do her job correctly and didn’t write our name down and didn’t get us fixed."
"This was my first and last time at this Starbucks. The service was horrible. I paid almost six dollars for a grande that was halfway full. When I received my pastry, I said thank you and she walked off like she didn’t hear me."
