McDonald's

"I was doordashing last night and I accepted an order from here at 10:10ish, I waited at the drive through for around 10 minutes until someone yelled "We're closed!" I checked the website, it says they don't close for another 50 minutes... So I give the person I was picking the food up for, a call and he can't get a refund, we can't figure it out.. Nothing. So I try giving the store a call, someone answers and someone hangs up within seconds. TWICE. So I pull back around, wait for around 5 minutes.. Mind you- ALL the lights are on, drive through, parking lot, inside, outside.. etc. Out of nowhere I get two SOLID ice balls thrown at my car! One missed and the other hit my hood. If it was a snowball, no big deal, but it was not it was a CHUNK of ice. Other people were also there, other dashers, people with mobile orders. I understand if they had closed early due to weather conditions or something.. But there was NO communication. Plus it was a bunch of like highschool/college kids inside. Really disgusting interaction, my money and other people's money got played with."

"I ordered 2 big breakfast with exta sausage patties. When I got home Iwas charged $14.58 and missungva had no hotcakes, no butter for biscuits no flatware or condiments. I missing what I went for"

"I know fast food is a fast paste job, but it's really not that hard to make a burger with all the condiments on the inside of the burger. Not all over it on the outside and the wrapper. That was only complaint I had. We have only been here the 1 time tho."

"I went in today and ordered 2 cheeseburgers no mustard. I checked my order (because it’s wrong a lot) and I had only ketchup on my burger. I took them in and explained to the woman I was missing my onions and pickles. She rudely told me onions did not come on the cheeseburgers. I did search McDonald’s website they they do come on them. So the acting manager (who was the only positive experience in the whole thing) rung the order up again for the cooks. Looked at them and showed them the order and clearly said make sure there are pickles and onions on them. I saw them put it on the burgers and assumed they were mine (my mistake for assuming). I get the burgers open and I’ll attach pictures if I can. I had less than 5 onions and one freaking pickle. So essentially by going back I only gained one little pickle. Also the buns were so burnt I couldn’t eat around the outside because they were hard as a rock. I was blown away. Also to add they never entered my code from my mobile app that would have saved me almost $5 on my order today. So make sure before you pay that they have applied the code. Insane. I go to McDonald’s a lot because I have kids. All the ones locally I have major issues screwing up my order. I’ve also tried contacting managers and owners and it doesn’t seem to be any better. Just word of warning make sure your discount is applied prior to paying and don’t leave the parking lot without checking your food even if you have already had them remake it. The manager did put a free pie in for the trouble which he was the only one without an attitude and truly seemed like he cared."
