“I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day, but unknown to me the address was changed by the village she lives in. The florists tried several times to deliver them, but was unable to find the house. Despite being a Sunday, Tracey phoned me and we managed to get the correct address, and deliver the surprise flowers. This is service above and beyond, and is so appreciated. The flowers were absolutely delightful, and we can't recommend highly enough!”

“We visited Tropicana for the first time yesterday after they promptly answered my message sent via the website. The nursery was a delight with quite a few different plants, all looking loved and happy. The staff were friendly, cheerful and very helpful, with good plant knowledge, and our dog was made welcome as well. I am thrilled to have a garden and plant focused garden centre so close to home. We will now be regular customers!”
