“I felt compelled to write something to share my experience with my Anita because I am truly so grateful for her! I’ve been working with Anita for about 8 months and just finished my last session. I was initially unsure how valuable counselling would be to me as I’ve got extensive education in psychology and coaching and felt like I already knew my stuff. I’m so thankful I took notes from the very first session, as if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have believed the results. After a huge life change and months in lockdown I found myself feeling extremely trapped and unhappy. I was completely conflicted and genuinely could not see a solution.
