The room was smart & clean with everything we required while the staff were all very professional, friendly & helpful with attention to detail making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The dinner and breakfast in the lovely restaurant were both plentiful and delicious. Our experience at the wonderful Cheshire Cat left us refreshed with very happy memories we will both cherish.”

“Had these guys provide the evening food at our recent wedding and they were a HUGE hit!!!! All guests absolutely loved the pizza and the trailer looked absolutely spot on outside the venue!! The guys cooking the pizzas were stuck inside next to a pizza oven on one of the hottest Sundays of the year and remained smiling throughout the entire service. Absolutely incredible. Pizzas were spot on!!!”

“Absolutely outstanding! Without any doubt, one of the best places to eat we know! We were greeted by Dani at the door, and at once we were transported to Spain by the warmth and character before us. An absolutely delightful place with beautiful, comforting surroundings and spotlessly clean too. The restaurant is clearly popular, but we were more than happy to eat at the bar, and we definitely suggest you do this for a real Spanish feel, as this is where the charm really shines through. Dani is a wonderful host, and was very kind with our attempts at speaking Spanish. With a warm sense of humour, we felt like we'd known him for years, and this is all before the food arrived. Before we knew it, the food arrived and we dove right in. The food is superb, as was seen with all the nods and smiles with each bite. Personally, I haven't tasted Spanish food this good in the UK before, and all of us are aching to go back very soon. Stunning food at a very good price, with a gently humming atmosphere where people speak beautiful Spanish and the clientele are respectful and kind, just as you would expect in the heart of Spain itself. We can't recommend this incredible restaurant highly enough, and are certain that many others feel the same. This flawless gem in the heat of Knutsford is an absolute must for anyone craving the taste of wonderful Spanish cuisine. We would like to thank Dani and all the other members of the team for making this visit such a marvelous experience for us today. Very, very well done! Oh, and here's a little tip for anyone reading this. You ABSOLUTELY must have the 43 after dinner liquor. It's just heaven in a glass! We wish we could give more than five stars, as it's worthy of many, many more!”

“This place is always very busy so booking is recommended. I hadn't done so but they were able to accommodate me and my toddler very quickly. Despite being a full house, service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them.”

“Finally managed to get here and what a great experience and pub! Simon and Nicky the owner's made me feel so welcomed and got me a table in the rear dining area for a sit down with my pint and a meal. The menu was amazing and the curry selection was excellent but having had a curry a few days ago, I went for the recommended "Beef lasagna" with crusty garlic baguette slices and a freshly, marinated salad...wow! This was one of the best Beef lasagna's ever... Highly recommend this pub and restaurant and the staff were amazing along with Simon and Nicky! A big shout out to you all and thanks for such a great experience. Such a pity I live so far away otherwise I would make it one of my regular stops most definitely!”

“This place is fantastic. The food is delicious, cooked beautifully, melts in the mouth and is perfectly seasoned and spiced. The portions aren't so big you can't finish them, although the food is so good it's hard to imagine leaving any. The service is that perfect balance of attentiveness where you are never waiting to get a server's attention, but they aren't hanging around you. The staff themselves are such lovely people, it really makes the experience. Booking isn't necessary but if there are a few of you, worth while. Highly recommend.”

“what a massive difference to our last review at a different place at Sandbach .... here at Raffaele's we immediatelly received top class attitude, top class service, top class staff, then there was their top class food, they are also very thorough, thoughtful and accomodating for food allergies .... Salvo and Alessio are the owners, who i asked to pose for two of the attached photo's .... they also have a really good and varied selection of wines, there's also outdoor tables .... definitely worth a visit :)”

“Really nice and welcoming atmosphere. The food was superb, I was a bit hesitant as I had seen the odd bad review on Tripadvisor but decided to give it a go for me and my partner's anniversary. The menu is really nice, plenty to choose from I could have picked between quite a few dishes. I also asked if I could have a long Island iced tea (something that was not on the cocktail menu) and the waiter we had was more that happy to accommodate this. For starters we had the pan fried scallops and the pistatio humous. The scallops were delicious and the humous came with homemade bread. For mains we had chicken and chorizo rissoto, it was so creamy and flavourful. We also had the herb crusted lamb which was to die for. It's one of the more expensive main choices but I am really glad I chose it and it was definitely worth the money. All in all would definitely recommend Romazzino, staff are professional and food is a 10/10. Thanks for having us.”

“The young gentleman on the phone was very lovely. overall hre was very lovely and polite. i ordered a much box and it was fabulous! It was a great temperature and the curry sauce has the right amount of spice and the mix of salt and pepper chips and curry sauce was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. the boy on the phone made my night and the food was extraordinary. Overall a great take away, I would recommend to everyone it was OUTSTANDING!”

Would like to go back in the warmer months and dine in the outdoor seating area. We had the set menu which came with a drink but I'd like to give the tapas menu a try when we return.”

“Love the food they serve here. Lovely chips. They do two types of curry sauce.1) ordinary, suitable for the elderly and,2) lovely and spicy and interesting. Both home made. But they ran out of no 2) on Sunday!!!!. NOOOOOOOO. ARHGHHHH. Flippin lookin forward to that over me chips. A sad end to a great night at Jazz n Blue's fest. P.S. got over it. Be back next year. “Can't recommend this place enough I took my wife and 3 yr old in for Sunday dinner staff behind the bar and in the kitchen are spot on I didn't even get to take a sip my pint before the food was on the table absolutely steaming hot and the beef wow the portions were amazing I love a good fill plate of food and this fitted the bill will certainly return”

“Excellent food. Historic setting. Can't be beaten. Not expensive at lunch if you choose correctly. Fish and chips are amazing!! Breads lovely. Deserts nice. Beautiful presentation. Place oozes class but without being pretentious. You obviously get some ladies that lunch who spend nothing but love to be seen over a cheap glass of wine (and block a table for 3 hours whilst spending nothing). That's typical sadly. But for foodies and serious dinners this is a lovely place.”
