A BIG THANK YOU and SHOUT OUT to DAWN K firstly who helped and guided me with a few of my homecare/appliances queries on my first visit. THEN to RICHARD for getting things sorted and ready for possible purchase and collection the next day and to SARAH as well for being friendly, smiling whilst her colleagues were chatting to/helping me.
