“I booked in with Heather wanting to go from a brown box dye to “as blonde as possible” and that’s what she did, got me a very light blonde to a tone I could have only dreamed of from the colour I was, I also have Afro hair and have never found a hairdresser that has been able to deal with it the way she has, amazing. “Yesterday the manager (missed her name sorry) did my foils and Kelsey cut my hair. I was suddenly poorly half way through the foils and the girls were so lovely. I continued to have my hair done as half through but had to keep going the bathroom. The manager took my foils off and washed my hair and put some conditioner on and left it on for a bit and opened the back door so I could get some fresh air I've never been in a situation where I've suddenly felt and been ill but the staff were brilliant. I was very embarrassed about it but the staff couldn't have been nicer. I loved the end result of my hair too, the colour is so nice and I love the cut. Thank you HeadKase, Crewe xx”
