“Came for the first time with my husband and kids! Kids had something off the menu whereas me and the hubby had a carvery, and I must say, it’s the best I’ve had! The mash itself was absolutely delish!!! It’s also Great value for money!! The kids loved their burgers/gammon!! We are definitely returning on a monthly basis!! We are well and truly stuffed!!!”

“I love this place. Warm and friendly service & ambience Good food with an additional vegan menu. Rustic style interior with old paintings covering the walls and lampshades on lights that make for calm lighting. There is a mix of music at a reasonable volume. Glass windows fill half the interior, so lots of lovely natural light. There is plenty of outside seating, although we've not used this yet. A variety of styles of seating inside with wooden tables. You don't need to make a reservation that hasn't yet caused a problem. They do fab coffee, cocktails & mocktails and a free to use water dispenser with stacked glasses It's in a accessible location right by the library, shopping centre & car park, with wheelchair access (front door & dining is at ground level)”

“The place was very busy but we managed to find a table. Service was good and quick. The food was excellent. Ladies toilets were on the 3rd floor, gents on the 2nd floor. Accessible toilet was available if you ask a member of staff for the key. We would eat here again.”

“Having grown up in the area it has been many years since visiting the butchers Arms. I have to say I was really pleased and pleasantly surprised following my visit. There has been a lot of work to bring the pub up to a high standard. The pub is owned by joules brewery now and a wide range of quality real ales are sold. Food is also sold although I did not eat there. Clean and tidy environment with friendly staff.”

“Willow, what can I say. Had a recommendation from a friend, and it didn't disappoint. The staff were super lovely and attention. I'd mentioned it was for a birthday, and bought balloons and prosecco, which were there when we arrived. The staff even wrote a card, and delivered dessert with a candle. The food was faultless too. I really like some of the other restaurants in the group. Willow is the best of the lot though, it's got a really relaxed atmosphere and very calming with a nice understated buzz. I'll be back.”

“What a fantastic place. I have been to others in the chain in the past and would not have chosen to go back after poor experiences. But my son and his partner dragged us along to treat us. Blown away by the great service, fab cocktails and superb food. Service was excellent. Really well trained and helpful. Took great care around a food allergy. A wonderful experience. “We were very disappointed with the menu not a chicken dish or lasagna. The menu says pasta and risotto but no risotto on the menu at all. The pizza my husband had (margarita) was ok but really it would be better to be able to order 8" 10" but there's just 12". The girls who served us were nice that's only good thing we could say about the experience.”

“Really enjoyed our meal last night (8/2/23). Staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered from the French menu and ordered the salmon and my husband went for gammon and chips. The chips are amazing, food was beautifully cooked and fresh. Portion sizes were healthy! We will definitely return.”

“Really unique concept of dining, menu is street food style that leaves you spoilt for choice. Fresh made burgers that to say the least are filling and absolutely delicious, there's also burritos and noodles and a huge choice of other bites for every taste and appetite. Everything on the menu is freshly prepared with great attention to detail of the ingredients. Good choice of cocktails served in a variety of quirky ways but only one draft lager but it was quite refreshing. Great repurposed furniture and decor with an outdoor seating area to the rear. Great place for groups great food, great atmosphere and really nice staff.”

“Not been here for a long time and was very pleasantly surprised. A lovely place, well organized and well staffed, friendly and welcoming. Our table was ready on time, there was a sight mix up with the order, but it was handled so well 5 stars is still justified. Food was lovely and the beer was equally excellent.
