“What a brilliant service. Manager and Mechanic were very helpful (Unfortunately I can remember their names.). Some tyre shops owners & mechanics are very rude. They don't actually care about the customer. They are trying rip off all the time. These ATS guys are just brilliant. A++++++++++ service. My wife went for Air con refill and she had a great service too. Nice lounge to hang around until they finished the work. I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

Paul the mechanic is always happy, and polite... I have experience bad things with the last manager but this time everything was 10/10... I will use again without a doubt”

“I take my car to AC Autos and they always carry out a good service. In the past when I've taken in an older car for an MOT, they always let me know of any future maintenance that the car may need and give me the opportunity to either have the work carried whilst in the garage or book it in at a later date. Their knowledge, skills and experience shines through, especially when I had taken my car in with a fault as the car kept stalling just randomly, they don't give up they find the fault and repair. Also the staff are friendly and always willing to help, that's why I have given 5 stars.”

“I was driving on Liverpool road after picking up my children from school, when my car suddenly stopped (I only bought this car about 2 months ago). I tried restarting it but it didn’t work. The road was quite busy and I felt very unsafe standing still with 2 little children in the back. I looked to my right and saw Castle Garage and looked up their number on google and called them saying I’m on Liverpool road in a car that broke down. The lady on the phone was very helpful and only seconds after several staff came running out the garage towards my car and managed to get my car started and drove it to safety in their garage. When I went to collect the car the next day they even checked out the oil level to see if it’s all ok for me to drive it home and they didn’t charge me a penny. So hereby I want to say thank you Castle Garage for your kind help in such a stressful situation.”

I came initially due to some problems with my under-car shield, appears that I was missing a screw and staff actually fix that for free. while I was there I decided to change my front tyres, clear info has been given before decided to go ahead about the cost, options and how long will take. all done as promised. thank you!”
